JAN 2009 - EUROPEAN PROJECT QUADULTRAINERS
The initiative aims at increasing the recognition, the social prestige and the attractiveness of the adult trainer profession s by proposing - through a multistakeholder research and consensus building process - a European Qualification prototype for Adult Trainers. Moving from an in-depth analysis of existing qualifications for trainers and learning facilitators of adult learners, the QUADULTRAINERS project will mobilise professional networks and teachers training institutes to compare and review existing systems and develop a new conceptual framework able not only to summarise those existing systems, but also to reflect an innovation-oriented consensus building exercise.
